What’s more classic Americana than the bandana? From cowboys to rockabilly, all the way to Rosie the Riveter, bandanas have been synonymous with American fashion because it stems from functionality. No style emulates the essence of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps” better than this iconic fabric/print that gained its popularity here around the same time we declared independence. Bandanas have been seen more and more in the fashion world, but they never go out of style. You can find a three pack (red, navy, and black) from Levi’s on Amazon. Have you ever considered wearing a bandana?

February 9, 2016 at 11:22 am (8 years ago)I love the ideas on how to style a bandana! Silk scarves seem very popular right now, but a bandana is so affordable, and definitely has a little bit of classic frontier America to it!
